The Combined Federal Campaign is a campaign of the U.S. government – "the world's largest workplace giving fundraising drive. In the last quarter of every calendar year, CFC invites civilian, military and postal employees to support eligible national and local charities."

The mission of the CFC is "to promote and support philanthropy through a program that is employee focused, cost efficient, and effective in providing all federal employees the ability to improve the quality of life for all."
